The photographs show the gun shed at Lynton. We found it after discovering a mention in a book by a local historian, who referred to the artillery volunteers' gun shed, now Cloud Cottage. A site visit to Cloud Cottage revealed that the premises have been altered to a house. The long thin building once held a Crimean war artillery piece.
