Extract from Kelly's Directory, 1907: The Drill Hall of the 1st Volunteer [later C Company 4th] Battalion The Buffs (East Kent Regiment) was formerly a Wesleyan Chapel.
Kelly 1913 lists Wingham as having C Company 4th Battalion The Buffs.
We believe that the drill hall has been demolished.
